What is your film pricing and what does it include?

Our wedding film packages are custom and created for you individually based on your preferences, location, and wants for your film. They all will include a full day of coverage and two videographers, and are now shot in 4K on the Fujifilm X-T3 and X-T4. Reach out for a full breakdown of our collections and pricing.

Can I book both Photo & Video from you?

Yes! We are able to offer both at this time. If you want to books us for both Photography & Videography, Kimber and I love to add-on our Highlight Film to your photo package. My cameras are hybrid systems that shoot both Photo & Video exceptionally well and allow me to switch between them seamlessly. I do set up tripods for important moments like the Bride coming down the aisle and the first kiss. If you want to add a video package longer than my highlight film (4-5 minutes), I bring along my 3rd shooter to make sure we have enough coverage of the day to create longer films. The beautiful part about booking us for both is that your Film and Photos will have the same style and feel which creates a very cohesive presentation of your wedding day. If love

Where are you located and how far will you travel?

We are located in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO and are willing to travel do any location you have in mind for your adventure.  If travel time is further than 2 hours from Colorado Springs, overnight accommodations will be required. Please inquire specifically about destination weddings and we can provide a custom quote for your destination.

How do you deliver our video/videos?

Videos are delivered via online download and they will also be hosted as “unlisted” on YouTube for you to stream. This allows you to easily share with your friends and watch it on the go.

How long does it take for me to get my video/videos?

You can expect to receive your final videos 6-8 weeks from your wedding date.

What music do you use for your videos? Can we pick our songs?

By law, music for your videos must be licensed due to copyrights. We typically select music from artlist.com or Musicbed.com and most couples prefer to have us choose the specific songs. We are also more than willing to send you a few options we have chosen for you and have you pick from that list which you like best.

How would you describe your style of videography?

We are authentic storytellers looking to capture the raw emotion and the soul stirring beauty of your love in an intimate and cinematic film that you can show your children and your grandchildren. We want to capture the real you and the real sights and sounds of your wedding day. We will stay as out-of-the-way as possible to capture the authenticity of the what the day and your love story presents.

What gear do you shoot with?

Here's a list of gear we use for most weddings:

  • Fujifilm X-T3’s and a long list of Fuji Lenses

  • Three Tascam Dr-10L’s

  • DJI Ronin S Gimbal

  • Tripods and Monopods

Do you capture the audio from our day? And how?

Let me talk to you about Audio!! The audio is the cornerstone of a film’s ability to carry the emotional weight that a wedding film should carry. The audio is how we get to know you when we watch your film, and it’s the reason we cry watching films of couples we don’t know. All that to say, Audio is Everything!! We use 3 Tascam Dr-10L lav mics to capture audio from the Groom, Bride (if possible), and Officiant as well as for speeches during the reception. These are very small lav mics that can be placed in a Groom’s pocket or clipped to his belt. (Most grooms forget they are wearing them!!). There is nothing better than clearly hearing what the groom says when he turns around and sees his bride for the first time or the exchange of handwritten vows between the groom and the bride. So many of the best moments in our films have come from touching or funny reception speeches. It’s so great to have the clips of the Father of the Bride toasting his daughter or a Maid of Honor’s touching tribute. We capture all of that with Lav mics, and we also run backup audio through the DJ’s board if possible.

Can you hold my wedding date? / What is required to book you for my wedding?

Your wedding date can be held / reserved with a signed contract and 25% retainer of your package price. Unfortunately, a date cannot be held without those two things.

What are my options for payment?

Check, debit or credit card are all acceptable forms of payment.

What is your payment schedule?

One quarter of your package price is due upon signing of the contract to reserve your date and the other half is due 1 week before your wedding day.

If I have to cancel my wedding or change date, will I get my money back?

Your 25% retainer is non-refundable, but it is transferable to a new date up through the following calendar year, based on availability.

Can we add the RAW video files to our package?

RAW files are not available at this point in time. RAW video footage is problematic for you to view and enjoy and the files are large in size. Your film is crafted from hundreds of clips that we edit together to create a cohesive film.

Do we have to feed you at the wedding reception?

Unless you want us to pass out on the dance floor, yes!!!  As weddings are very long days, we do required a meal break. For planning purposes, we generally eat during the time the Bride and Groom are eating so we are assured not to miss anything important.

Have any other questions?

We would love to hear from you and answer any questions you might have, but more than that Kimber and I would love to see your faces and hear your love story and your plans for the big day. Let’s connect!
